Return & Refund Policy
Because all Wag My Swag items are made-to-order through Printify, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tomiwagmyswag@gmail.com, and provide the following:
Order number
Clear photos of the item and the issue
Description of the problem
If eligible, we’ll work with Printify to provide a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Please note:
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size or color ordered
Shipping delays outside our control
Always check the size guide and product details before placing your order.
Shipping Policy
All products are fulfilled by Printify and shipped directly from their print partners. Because of this, shipping times and availability may vary slightly.
Processing Time:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Shipping Time (After Fulfillment):
US: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (may vary by location)
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and product type.
Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Wag My Swag is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
